I led innovative solar, wind, and marine energy projects, including pioneering OTEC and floating PV arrays. My experience spans permitting, technical and environmental assessments, public engagement, project structuring, financing, legal matters, EPC management, and construction oversight.

Today, I focus on democratizing knowledge of small-scale renewable energy projects through books, conferences, and training programs, while also providing independent consultancy to support clients in the renewable energy sector.
